Notice to fill application form for 4 year undergraduate first year partial examination

 By Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, according to the annual examination system of 2081, the 4-year undergraduate level under the Faculty of Humanities, Management, Pedagogy and Institute of Science and Technology Studies will be conducted in the year 2081. First year B.A., B.B.S., B.Ed. and B.Sc. The form is open for the partial candidates who are taking the exam. This notification has been published for the information of all concerned that the partial examination candidates should submit the application form with regular fee and double fee within one week after the expiry of the regular fee from 9th of Falgun 2081 to the middle of 2081 Falgun at their respective campuses. 

1. Regarding Exam Application Form:  

• Examination application form should be filled by the student himself and submitted to the concerned office after completing all the procedures. If it happens otherwise, the University Examination Control Office will not be responsible. 
• This will be the last exam for those who enrolled in the 4-year undergraduate level in 2072 and took the first year exam in 2073. 
• 2 passport size photographs taken recently (in plain clothes) will be required for filling the examination application form. 
• If a copy of the admit card has to be taken during the examination period, the photo must be submitted as per the exam application form.                       

2. Regarding the deadline for filling the examination application form: 

•  Campuses in Kathmandu Valley. The Bank Voucher must be submitted within 2 days along with the examination application form to the University Examination Control Office Balkhu. The campuses outside the valley should submit the bank voucher along with the examination application form to the Regional Examination Control Office at the Tertiary Examination Control Office Balkhu within 2 days. 
• When submitting the examination forms, the form must first be submitted to the accounting branch along with the bank voucher at the relevant examination control office and submitted to the relevant branch.
